One Medi (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects information you provide directly when using our platform at onemedi.in:

  • Account information: Phone number, name, email (optional)
  • Health information: Prescriptions uploaded, lab test reports, consultation notes, family member details
  • Order information: Delivery addresses, order history, payment records
  • Device information: Browser type, device type, IP address (for security)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process medicine orders, lab test bookings, and doctor consultations
  • Send order updates and appointment reminders via WhatsApp
  • Maintain your Health Graph (prescription history, lab reports, consultation records)
  • Verify prescriptions through our in-house pharmacist
  • Process payments via Razorpay (we do not store card details)
  • Improve our services and user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). Prescription images and lab reports are stored in encrypted private buckets accessible only via time-limited signed URLs. We use Firebase Authentication for secure phone-based login.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

  • Our pharmacists: To review and approve prescriptions
  • Lab partners: Vijaya Diagnostics, Lucid Medical, Thyrocare, Redcliffe Labs — to process your test bookings
  • Doctors: Your pre-consultation documents and health history for your booked appointments
  • Razorpay: For payment processing only
  • AiSensy: Your phone number for WhatsApp notifications

We never sell your personal or health data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

  • Access your health records anytime via the Health Graph
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of promotional communications
  • Download your health records

6. Data Retention

We retain your health records indefinitely for your benefit. Order and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to store your cart, language preference, and authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics data (if enabled) is collected via PostHog for service improvement.
