Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One Medi (“Platform”) at onemedi.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. One Medi is operated by One Medi Healthcare, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

2. Services Offered

One Medi provides the following services within our serviceable delivery zones:

• Medicine ordering: OTC and prescription medicines with home delivery
• Lab test bookings: Sample collection (home or walk-in) via partner labs
• Doctor consultations: Online (WhatsApp video) and in-clinic appointments

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You may add family members to your account for ordering on their behalf
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and OTP
• One account per phone number. Sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Prescription Medicines

• Prescription (Rx) medicines require a valid prescription uploaded through the platform
• All prescriptions are reviewed and approved by our in-house licensed pharmacist
• If a prescription image is unclear, you may re-upload up to 3 times
• Orders are auto-cancelled if no valid prescription is provided within 2 hours
• We reserve the right to reject any prescription that does not meet regulatory requirements

5. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We do not store your card or bank details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay
• Lab test bookings require 100% upfront payment
• Medicine orders are charged at the time of order placement (OTC) or after pharmacist approval (Rx)

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Medicine Orders

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted

Lab Test Bookings

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled slot: full refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled slot: no refund
• If a lab partner cancels, you receive an automatic full refund

Doctor Consultations

• Cancellation more than 4 hours before the appointment: full refund
• Cancellation within 4 hours of the appointment: no refund
• If a doctor does not show up (no-show), you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule
• If a doctor cancels, you receive a 50% discount coupon valid for 90 days

All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within our serviceable delivery zones (check pincode at checkout)
• Standard delivery: same day or next day depending on order time
• Delivery charges may apply based on order value and distance
• You must provide an accurate delivery address within the serviceable area

8. Doctor Consultations

• Online consultations are conducted via WhatsApp video call
• Consultation slots are subject to doctor availability
• Digital prescriptions issued after consultations are stored in your Health Graph
• We are not liable for any medical advice or treatment recommendations provided by doctors
• In case of emergency, please visit the nearest hospital — One Medi is not an emergency service

9. Health Records

One Medi maintains a Health Graph for each user, which stores prescription images, lab reports, digital prescriptions, and consultation notes. You may access and download your health records at any time. You may request deletion of your records by contacting us.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading forged, altered, or someone else's prescription
• Using the platform to purchase medicines for resale
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bypass security measures
• Providing false information during registration or ordering
• Harassing or abusing staff, pharmacists, or doctors through the platform

11. Limitation of Liability

One Medi acts as a technology platform connecting patients with healthcare services. We are not a hospital, pharmacy (we operate under Drug Licence DL No. 21/KNL/AP), or diagnostic centre. While we ensure quality through our licensed pharmacist and vetted lab partners, the ultimate medical responsibility lies with the prescribing doctor or diagnosing laboratory.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
